Depending upon the template chosen and the number of time-zones to program, that will dictate the length of time it takes to program.

This premier and incomparable remote houses the 200,000 global cities / US military bases database, template database, and all saved format layouts. An unlimited number of saved formats can be renamed by you and instantly recalled at the click of a button. On-screen programming instructions guide you through each step of the configuration process.
HOW FAR AWAY CAN THE PRODUCT BE SEEN?
The product visibility range is 25-250 feet.
HOW ACCURATE ARE THE TIME-ZONE SYSTEMS?
TCXO precision hardware is installed on the display unit providing accuracy of +/- 1 second per year, creating a highly accurate time-telling device.
CAN THESE CLOCKS BE HOOKED UP TO A NETWORK?
Yes, we recommend connecting the time zone clock to a network with connectivity to the internet to automatically sync time with a NTP server on the internet.
HOW RELIABLE IS YOUR PRODUCT?
Top Tech Clocks uses name brand, 24/7 rated commercial monitors (such as LG or Samsung) that have been extensively tested by the manufacturers and meet strict quality control standards.
CAN THE SOFTWARE BE UPDATED?
Yes, simply purchase our software update package. These updates will include new template formats, timers, counters, moving message displays, GPS, as well as updating daylight savings information, etc.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE OF TTC’S TIME-ZONE SYSTEM?
All orders include the display unit, all wires, 1 programming remote control, and wall mounting brackets.
CAN ADDITIONAL REMOTES BE PURCHASED?
Yes, we highly recommend each time-zone unit use its own programming remote. One remote will be included with each order. Additional remotes are available for purchase.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes, our products include a 2-year standard warranty on parts and labor, plus lifetime customer service.
IS YOUR PRODUCT UL LISTED?
All components used in our products are UL Listed, however, our time-zone system, as a whole, is not UL Listed.
IS THE PRODUCT ENERGY EFFICIENT?
Yes, all our display units are energy star rated.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Within 48 hours, or 2 business days, all in-stock items will be shipped out from our warehouse. All other orders will have a 1–2-week lead time based upon availability. All customers will be notified of any and all shipping delays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy upon written permission/approval status. The entirety of the purchase will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. Please go to our refund policy page to see the full refund policy.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Top Tech Clocks accepts all major credit cards, checks upon clearance, P.O.s (may require half down), and wire transfers.
