Top Tech Clocks – Warranty, Return Policy, and Payment Terms
Warranty (2 Year Standard)
Top Tech Clocks (TTC) provides a 2-year standard warranty, as a customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, to repair or replace the unit under terms of this warranty. If the unit has been damaged by accident, misuse, incorrect installation, or has been modified in any way whatsoever, this warranty is null and void. Only the original purchaser, and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, is granted this warranty. TTC is not liable, under no circumstances or in any event, for damages, beyond the original replacement value of the time-keeping system or TTC equipment, including consequential damages.
30 Day Return Policy
Prior written authorization of TTC is required for all returns.
If you receive anything other than what you purchased that shows on the invoice, expect prompt re-shipment of correct items (prepaid shipping at TTC’s cost).
Items damaged in shipping can be returned in their original boxes, at no cost to the customer, and will be replaced with a new unit.
Merchandise to be returned rather than replaced, other than custom orders (custom orders may not be returned), will incur a 20% restocking fee. These returned items must be shipped in the original boxes and all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the returning party.
Carrier is responsible for damaged parts and items. The carrier driver must sign for damaged carton on the delivery receipt, and the customer must make a claim with the freight company. Insist that the carrier’s representative conduct an inspection and retain all packing materials for the inspector.
If shorted an item on your shipment, immediately follow-up with TTC promptly with your report.
No action arising from any sale by TTC may be brought by a customer more than 6 months after the date of shipment.
Payment must be made up front for first-time customers. Large purchase orders may require half down. For established customers, payment is due in full within 30 days from invoice date.
Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfer, prepaid orders, or check. If paying by prepaid orders or check, payment must clear before order can be shipped.
All past due accounts will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
Custom orders require a 50% prepayment with the remainder due upon delivery. Custom orders cannot be returned.
If the customer fails to make prompt payment, or if customer’s financial condition or other grounds for insecurity warrant, TTC, at Top Tech Clock’s discretion, may cancel or delay future deliveries.
Delays due to causes beyond its control is not TTC’s responsibility. TTC reserves the right to make partial shipments.
Top Tech Clocks reserves the right to change prices, not to include insurance, shipping, handling, or taxes, without prior notification. TTC also reserves the right to arrange insurance on all orders.
